In Person Coaching

  • Assessment (New Clients Only): During your assessment, we will cover breathing mechanics, the 6 fundamental movement patterns, assess strengths, weaknesses, balance, coordination, physical literacy, mobility, work capacity, and aerobic endurance. The information from your Assessment and Building Beasts Client Application lets us discover your fitness baseline to create the best possible plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
  • Semi Personal Training: In this plan you will be working on your individual fitness goals while working next to other teammates (max 4 people). 
  • 1 on 1 Personal Training: In this plan you will be working on your individual fitness goals while receiving undivided coaching in a 1:1 setting.
  • Team Training: These classes provide a shared team environment where we focus on the 5 pillars of fitness: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Mobility, Aerobic Endurance, and a Healthy Body Composition (max 8 people).

 

In Person Coaching Services can be complemented with personalized online programming at an additional cost.
